IT Career Development Program

Service Description

This session will help us better understand your career objectives. We focus on your professional growth and development. This career development coaching program is designed for IT professionals with less than 11 years of technical experience or if you are new or changing into the technical field. Session duration: 1-hour session. In this 1-hour session, we will review your list of career goals, review your existing resume, and, depending on your career goals, discuss whether you would like to pursue our technology career program. IT Career Program: In this program, we will design a career development program to help you better understand your goals, objectives, strengths, weaknesses, desires, aspirations, and barriers. It may include finding a different job in or outside of your company. It may involve improving your performance in your current role. The program may also include reviewing and updating your existing resume, reviewing your list of career goals, reviewing your LinkedIn profile, providing interviewing techniques, and job boards for technical positions. If you are only looking for tech career coaching, an IT Career Coaching is $100 a session. Session duration for the Tech Career Development Program: 1 hour/week for a minimum of 3 weeks up to 8 weeks depending on the individual's needs. However, to ensure your success, we recommend the 8-week session. At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion.
